• 2.1 This website is run under the name Pedemeia and is owned by the Portuguese company A.J. GONÇALVES, S.A., NIPC/NIF 500 002 606 with registered office at Avenida Covedelo, nº 28, freguesia de Celeirós, 4705-400 Braga (Portugal).

• 3.1 All information and/or data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
• 3.2 By using this website, the Customer declares that he/she consents to the processing of the information and data provided and declares that all the information or data he/she provides is true and corresponds to reality.

• 4.1 By using our website and/or placing orders through it, the customer undertakes to:
  • a) Use this website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
  • b) Do not place any false or fraudulent orders. If there are any suspicions that such an order has been placed, we will be authorized to cancel it and report it to the competent authorities.
  • c) Provide us with a true and accurate e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact details. You also consent to us using the information you provide to contact you, all under the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • d) If the Customer does not provide their e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact details in a true and accurate manner, we will not be able to process their order.
  • e) By placing an order through this website, the Customer declares that he/she is over 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

• 5.1 All the information contained in these Conditions and the details included on this website do not constitute an offer to sell, but rather an invitation to contract.
• 5.2 No contract shall exist between us and the Customer in respect of any product until the Customer's order has been expressly accepted by us.
• 5.3 If your offer is not accepted and a debit has already been made to your account, the amount will be refunded in full.
• 5.4 To place an order, you must read and comply with the following clause.
• 5.5 Even after the completion of the entire procedure set out in the Instructions for Use, it does not mean that your order has been accepted, since it constitutes an offer that you make to us to buy one or more products.
• 5.6 All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• 6.1 In order to make purchases on our Site, you need to register. Then you need to log in.
• 6.2 To add products to your shopping cart, simply choose the product, color, size and click on the add to cart button.
• 6.3 When you have added all the products you want, simply go to the shopping cart and follow the steps to choose the Delivery/Pick-up location, Payment method and finalize the order. 6.4 You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and payment details. 6.5 You will be informed by e-mail of any changes to the status of your order. 6.6 You can also check the status of your order in the customer area. 6.7 A.J.Goncalves, SA reserves the right to set a maximum number of items per customer. 6.8 The photos shown may not correspond to the configurations described.

• 7.1 Orders for products featured on this website are subject to availability.
• 7.2 If there are any difficulties with the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on replacement products of equal or higher quality that you can order.
• 7.3 If you do not wish to order any of the replacement products, we will refund the amount you have already paid.
• 7.4 We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to delete or modify any material or content on it.

• 8.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous Clause regarding the availability of products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will try to ship the products ordered within 15 days of the date of the Shipping Confirmation.
• 8.2 If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and give you the option to continue shopping, setting a new delivery date, or to cancel the order, receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
• 8.3 For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that "delivery" has taken place or that the order has been delivered, when the delivery of the order to the agreed address is signed for.
• 8.4 The risks of the products shall be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery.
• 8.5 The customer will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of the amounts due in respect of them, including delivery charges, or at the time of delivery (in accordance with the definition contained in Clause 8.3 above), if this date is later.

• 9.1 The price of each product shall be that stipulated on our website at any given time, except in the event of an obvious error.
• 9.2 If we detect an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.
• 9.3 In the case provided for in the previous clause, if we are unable to contact the Customer, the order will be canceled and the full amount paid will be refunded.
• 9.4 We shall not be obliged to supply the Customer with any product at less than the correct price if the error in price is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by the Customer as being an incorrect price.
• 9.5 The prices on this website include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount owed, as set out in our Shipping Guide.
• 9.6 Prices may be changed at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
• 9.7 The Customer may pay for orders placed by one of the following methods:
  • a) ATM reference only valid in Portugal.
  • b) Paypal
  • c) Bank transfer
  • d) Visa electron card (using Paypal)
  • f) Credit card (using Paypal)
• 9.8 We use technological means to ensure that payment is made securely.
• 9.9 Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the credit card issuer, but if the credit card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any Contract with the Customer.
• 9.10 The customer must pay within a maximum of five days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
• 9.11 The costs of customs duties, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

• 10.4 RETURNING PRODUCTS
  • 10.4.1 The customer may, within 30 days of the delivery of the
    order, request the return of the items received, always justifying the
    reason for the return by e-mailing [email protected].
  • 10.4.2 Returns can be made by sending the products back to
    by post to the head office address. We recommend that returns be sent to
    with tracking.
  • 10.4.3 Upon receipt of the items, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid
    for the returned products.
  • 10.4.4 We shall bear the costs of returns for which the reason is
    that the products received by the customer
    are defective or do not conform to the products ordered.
  • 10.4.5 The costs associated with returns that occur for reasons other
    than those set out in the previous clause will be borne by the customer
    and will not be refunded.
  • 10.4.6 In order for a refund to be made on the basis of any
    of the above clauses, it is strictly necessary that:
  • a) The products have not been washed or used;
  • b) The products retain their original characteristics;
  • c) The products are complete;
  • d) The products have not been adulterated.

• 11.1 Our liability in respect of any product purchased on our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
• 11.2 Given the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of the information transmitted or obtained through this website, unless it expressly states otherwise.
• 11.3 All product descriptions, information and materials appearing on this website are provided as true and without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, except those that cannot be legitimately excluded in relation to consumers and users.
• 11.4 The provisions of this clause shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and user or your right to withdraw from the Contract.

• 13.1 We reserve the right to review and amend these Conditions at any time.
• 13.2 The customer is subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time they use this website or place their order, except when, by law or decision of governmental bodies, we must make retroactive changes to these policies, Conditions or Privacy Statement, in which case these possible changes will also affect orders that the customer has previously placed.

• 14.1 The customer acknowledges and consents that all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in the materials or content that are provided as part of the website are, at all times, ours or those of the person who has granted us the license to use them.
• 14.2 The customer may only use such material in the manner expressly authorized by us or by the person who granted us the license to use it.

• 15.1 These general conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the site or any purchase on it shall be governed by Portuguese law.

The shipping price does not vary, regardless of the value of the order.
